口服异维A酸联合液氮冷冻治疗扁平疣与单纯液氮疗法比较研究

摘　　要：目的：比较异维A酸联合液氮冷冻治疗面部扁平疣与单纯液氮疗法的差异性。方法：随机将102例扁平疣患者分为两组。治疗组：62例,口服异维A酸10mg,每日3次,4周后改用每日2次,8周后改用每日1次,同时每月冷冻1次,总疗程3～4次;对照组：40例,单用液氮冷冻治疗,疗程2～4次。结果：两组疗效比较显示,口服异维A酸联合液氮冷冻治疗与单纯冷冻治效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：异维A酸联合液氮治疗扁平疣临床疗效好,副作用小。Objective To compare the treating effect of the verruca plana by oral isotretinoin medication associated with liquid nitrogen therapy and sole liquid nitrogen therapy. Methods 102 patients with verruca plana were randomized into 2 groups,treatment group（62 cases）and comparative group（40 cases）.ln treatment group, 10rag oral Isotretinoin medication would be taken by patients 3 times a day;4 weeks later change into twice a day;8 weeks later change into once a day, while simultaneously liquid nitrogen therapy was applied once a month and in total 3-4 times during the period of treatment.In comparative group,sole liquid nitrogen therapy wag applied 2-4 times during the period of treatment. Results There was a statistically significant result（P〈0.05）between oral isotretinoin medication associated with liquid nitrogen therapy and sole liquid nitrogen therapy after comparing the data from two groups. Conclusion Verruca plana treatment by oral isotretinoin medication associated with liquid nitrogen therapy has a better treating effect and a lower risk of side effect than sole liquid nitrogen therapy.
