摘　　要：本文通过分析我国对外直接投资现状,构建企业对外直接投资和政府扶持政策之间的博弈模型。研究了母国企业生产率水平、东道国企业生产率水平、政府扶持政策等因素对企业对外直接投资规模的影响。最后,基于模型分析结果,为我国政府制订促进对外直接投资政策提出导向性的建议。从而使得对外直接投资政策更加合理,更加有利于我国企业健康有序的发展。In this paper, we analyze the current situation of China＇s foreign direct investment, and build the game model between enterprises and government. We focus on the effects of home productivity level of enterprises, the host country enterprise productivity level and government policies. Finally, based on the results of the model, we suggest that the govemment formulate the policy of promoting foreign direct investment that the foreign direct investment policy can be more reasonable and more conducive to the healthy and orderly development of Chinese enterprises.
