摘  要:通过提炼财经类MBA院校特点及现状,分析了导致其案例研发队伍研发精力不够且动力不足、专职案例研发人员数量较少、案例研发总体水平较弱等现状的根本原因在于校级层面观念不足、科研和人事制度缺陷、教师角色和研发氛围难以持续,建议财经类MBA院校必须加强案例研发观念,借鉴成功的科研考核和人事聘用制度改革思路,强化案例培训与交流,建立案例质量评估机制,加强案例库共享互通,才能促进财经类MBA院校案例研发队伍的共同建设与发展。By refining the characteristics and situation about MBA colleges of Finance and Economics, we find the case R&D team has insufficient vigor and driving force, lack of full-time case R & D person and weaker case R&D level, and the most important reason for which is lack of attention from university level and scientific research and personnel system defects, which leads that teachers' roles and research atmosphere can't be sustained. We suggest that MBA colleges of Finance and Economics must strengthen the conception about case developing, learn experience and ideas from successful reform about scientific research appraisal and personnel employment system, improve case training and exchanges, establish evaluation mechanism on case quality and share the case resource, which can promote the common construction and development on case R&D team about MBA colleges of Finance and Economics.
