摘 要:目的观察低强度脉冲超声波(LIPU)对肱骨干骨折愈合的促进作用。方法62例肱骨干骨折患者随机分为两组:LIPU组26例,术后第3天开始采用LIPU治疗,持续12周;对照组36例,术后未采用LIPU治疗。比较两组患者术后x线片灰度值比值、骨折愈合时间、并发症及患肢功能情况。结果两组患者并发症、术后4周灰度值比值及患肢功能比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。LIPU组术后8周灰度值比值为1.243±0.009,对照组为1.145±0.002;LIPU组术后12周灰度值比值为1.359±0.056,对照组为1.276±0.021;LIPU组骨折愈合时间为(11.158±1.438)周,对照组为(12.000±1.651)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论LIPU用于肱骨干骨折术后能一定程度促进骨折愈合,但需要把握适应证及使用方法。Objective To observe the promoting effects of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPU) for the treatment of shaft humeral fractures. Method A total of 62 patients with shaft humeral fractures were randomly divided into two groups. Since the third day after operation, patients in the LIPU group(26 cases)were treated by LIPU for 12 weeks. In the control group( 36 cases), no patient received LIPU. The change rate of grey value, fracture-healing time, complication and function evaluation were recorded and compared,respectively. Results The change rate of grey value at the 4th weeks,complication and function evaluation between the two groups was not significant. However, differences in grey value at the 8th weeks and 12th weeks and fracture healing time between LIPU group and control group were sig- nificant. Conclusion Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound can significantly accelerate the healing of humeral shaft fracture, but its indication and application should be carefully handled.
