摘 要:目的建立一种快速测定消毒剂中纳米银含量的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)仪检测法,对消毒剂中纳米银含量进行检测并作出准确性评估。结果在纳米银含量0.0~150.0μg/L范围内,ICPMS仪器的响应值与消毒剂中纳米银含量呈线性关系,线性方程为I=0.01725×C,相关系数r=0.9998,检出限为0.032μg/L,相对标准偏差〈5.0%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间。结论本研究建立的ICP-MS方法能够准确测定消毒剂中纳米银含量,具有检出限低,重现性好,干扰少,定量准确度高等优点。Objective To set up a rapid and accurate determination method for the content of nano-silver disinfectant.Methods A simple and rapid pre-processing technique was used to isolate the active ingredients of nano-silver disinfectant,and the nano-sized silver content was determined using the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS) instrument. Results The linear range was 0. 0 ~ 150. 0 μg / L,and the linear regression equation was I = 0. 01725 ×C with the correlation coefficient r = 0. 9998. The detection limit of the method was 0. 032 μg / L and the relative standard deviation was below 5. 0% with the recovery of 95% ~ 105%. Conclusion The method is able to accurately determine the nano-silver content with a lot of advantages,such as low detection limit,good reproducibility,less interference and accurate quantization.
