摘  要:目的将数字化人体三维建模技术和计算机3D打印技术相结合,打印数字化人体器官模型。方法以第三军医大学中国男性数字化人体数据集(Chinese Visible Human male dataset,CVH1)为基础,进行图像分割,对部分器官进行三维重建。利用青岛尤尼科技有限公司自主研发的UN-3D-S2型3D打印机打印3D模型,并完成抛光和着色。结果应用3D打印技术打印出人体标本肝脏、耳蜗和脊柱等模型。模型与标本实体大小比例为1∶1,解剖结构标志非常清楚,适用于外科手术方案制定。结论本研究通过医学高校与国内企业合作,将具有我国自主知识产权的3D打印技术与中国数字化人体技术结合起来,打印出解剖学特征非常明显的人体器官模型,在个性化手术方案设计等方面具有广阔的应用前景。Objective To print 3D human models by combining digital visible technology with 3D printing techniques. Methods Some digital organs based on the Chinese Visible Human male dataset (CVH1) were reconstructed, and printed to 3D human organ models by UN-3D-S2 3D printer which was independently researched and produced by Qingdao Unique Products Develop Co., Ltd. Then the obtained 3D human organ models were polished and colored. Results 3D human organ models were done with clear anatomical landmarks and the ratio between the 3D models and the real specimens was 1∶1, which was suitable for surgery plan design. Conclusion Based on the collaboration between medical university and domestic enterprise, this project combines the 3D printing techniques which is granted with Chinese intellectual property rights and digital human technology. Our achievements have a broad application prospect in individual surgical plan design.
