二炮某部军人高原驻训期间作业疲劳状态与心理应激、压力感知和自我效能感的关系

摘　　要：目的研究二炮某部高原驻训期间作业疲劳态与心理应激、压力感知和自我效能感的关系。方法采用军人心理应激自评问卷(psychological stress self-evaluation test,PEST)、压力知觉量表(perceived stress scale,CPSS)、一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)、作业疲劳症状自评量表(newly developed questionnaire for work related fatigue feelings,WRFFQ)对二炮某部高原驻训军人424人进行测试。结果 1二炮某部驻训期间军人疲劳总分为(45.73±15.79)分。2疲劳高分组的军人心理应激程度和压力感知评分显著高于低分组(P<0.01),而一般自我效能感评分显著低于低分组(P<0.01)。3作业疲劳与军人心理应激程度、压力感知呈显著正相关(r分别为0.493、0.530,P<0.01),与一般自我效能感呈显著负相关(r=-0.225,P<0.01)。4军人心理应激程度、一般自我效能感及压力感知对二炮某部驻训人员的疲劳状况回归显著(P<0.01),回归系数R=0.592,共解释变异量为35.1%。结论二炮某部军人高原驻训期间作业疲劳状态与其心理应激、压力感知和自我效能感密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of military fatigue with psychological stress, stress perception and self-efficacy in the soldiers from 2nd Artillery Corps during plateau encamping. Methods Psychological Stress Self-evaluation Test （PEST）, Perceived Stress Scale （CPSS）, General Self-Efficacy Scale （GSES）, and Newly Developed Questionnaire for Work Related Fatigue Feelings （WRFFQ） were applied to 424 soldiers from some troop of second artillerist during plateau encamping. Results ① Their total score of WRFFQ was 45.73±15.79 points. ②The soldiers with high fatigue score had significantly stronger psychological stress and pressure sensing, but lower general self-efficacy than those with lower fatigue score （both P〈0.01）. ③ The total score of work fatigue was positively correlated with psychological stress and pressure sensing （r=0.530, r=0.493, P〈0.01）, but was negatively correlated with general self-efficacy （r=-0.225, P〈0.01）. ④ Their psychological stress, general self-efficacy and pressure perception had a significant regression with fatigue conditions （R=0.592, total explained variance=35.1%, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Military fatigue is closely associated with psychological stress, pressure sensing and general self-efficacy in the soldiers from some troop of 2nd Artillery Corps.
