摘　　要：目的探索外周血白细胞中miR-29a能否成为结核病新型生物标志物及其诊断价值。方法肺结核组、肺癌组、肺部感染组及健康对照组共纳入120例标本,收集其外周血白细胞,检测其miR-29a表达水平,综合分析miR-29a能否作为结核病生物标志物及其诊断价值。结果 miR-29a在各组间表达水平差异有统计学意义,其用于鉴别健康对照组和肺结核组时,其曲线下面积为0.714,具有较高的诊断价值。结论 miR-29a用于鉴别诊断肺结核组与健康对照组时,具有较高诊断价值。Objective To explore whether miR-29 a can be taken as the biomarker of tuberculosis and its diagnostic potential. Methods There were altogether 120 participants suffering pulmonary tuberculosis,lung cancer,pulmonary infection and health control group included. Peripheral blood leucocyte（ PBL） of the participants were collected and the miR- 29 a level were tested.Results miR- 29 a level was significantly different between groups of pulmonary tuberculosis, pulmonary infection,lung cancer and healthy control. ROC analysis was performed to examine the diagnostic potential of levels of miR-29 a for patients with tuberculosis,the results showed that the AUC was 0. 714 for miR-29 a,indicating a relatively high diagnostic potential. Conclusion miR-29 a is of relatively high value in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
