2010-2013年雅安市疑似预防接种异常反应监测系统分析

摘　　要：目的了解雅安市2010-2013年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测开展情况,评估AEFI监测系统运行状况。方法通过全国AEFI监测系统和免疫规划信息管理系统,收集AEFI监测数据和接种数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2010-2013年8区县每年均有AEFI报告。全市共报告354例,总报告发生率为232.79/100万剂次;354例AEFI中,一般反应283例(79.94%),异常反应55例(15.54%),偶合症16例(4.52%);48 h内报告率为98.02%,48 h内调查率为100%,个案完整率为100%,3 d内调查表报告率为88.17%,调查报告7 d内上传率为25.00%,分类诊断率为100%。结论雅安市AEFI监测系统敏感性和监测质量总体良好,但3 d内调查表报告率和调查报告7 d内上传率有待提高。Objective To analyze adverse events following immunization（ AEFI） monitoring status in Yaan from2010 to 2013,so as to evaluate the operation status of AEFI monitoring system. Methods AEFI data and inoculation data were collected through the national AEFI information system and immunization information management system,and were analyzed with descriptive method. Results All the eight counties reported AEFI cases annually from 2010 to 2013. In total,354 cases of AEFI were reported,the AEFI incidence rate was 232. 79 per million doses. In 354 cases of AEFI,there were 283 cases of general reaction（ 79. 94%）,abnormal reaction in 55 cases（ 15. 54%） and 16 cases（ 4. 52%） coincidence. The reported rate within 48 h was 98. 02%,and the investigating rate within 48 h was 100%. The case intact rate was 100%,and in 3 days,the survey report rate was 88. 17%,the upload rate of survey report within 7 days was 25%; the classification rate of diagnosis was 100%. Conclusion The AEFI monitoring system of Yaan city is generally good in terms of sensitivity and monitoring quality,yet the 3-day survey report rate and upload rate of survey report within 7 day needs to be improved.
