摘 要:为了改善高磷赤铁矿含碳球团的生球强度,采用吸附仪研究高磷赤铁矿粉的比表面积及孔结构,通过分析比表面积、孔容及孔半径探讨生球强度与配碳量之间的关系,并借助微观技术手段观察生球的显微形貌,分析生球强度小的原因。结果表明:高磷赤铁矿粉的吸附等温线为B类吸附回线,孔结构为狭缝状毛细孔;高磷赤铁矿含碳球团的生球强度随着配碳量的增加先增大后减小;高磷赤铁矿生球内部生成很多分布不均匀的孔洞,且有裂纹存在,导致结构很疏松,造成生球强度减小。To improve the strength of high phosphorus hematite-carbon pellets, the surface area and pore structure of high phosphorus hematite powders were studied by an adsorption instrument. Through analyzing the surface area, pore volume and pore size, the relationship between strength of pellets and amount of carbon was investigated. Microstructure was observed by means of microscopic method to obtain reason for small strength of the pellets. The results show that adsorption isotherms of the high phosphorus hematite powders are identified as B class adsorption back lines, and pore structure is slit-shaped pores. The strength of high phosphorus hematite-carbon pellets increases first and then decreases with the increase of carbon content. Many pores unevenly distributed are generated inside the high phosphorus hematite-carbon pellets and there are cracks exist, which lead to loosen structure and decreasing pellet strength.
