摘  要:为了提高锌粉的使用性能,分别以磷酸、三乙醇胺为原料对球状锌粉进行改性制备2种化学键合型锌粉,通过正交实验探索最佳反应条件,采用盐水浸泡实验、交流阻抗技术评价锌粉的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明:锌粉经磷酸、三乙醇胺改性后,球形颗粒表面生长出片状或块状物,分别出现水合磷酸锌Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O、水合氢氧化锌Zn(OH)2·0.5H2O的物相,锌粉分别与磷酸、三乙醇胺发生了化学键合作用;磷酸、三乙醇胺改性键合型锌粉的防腐蚀性能优于球形锌粉的,而磷酸改性键合型锌粉的防腐蚀性能优于三乙醇胺改性键合型锌粉的。To improve the performance of zinc powders, two kinds of chemical bonding type zinc powders were prepared by using phosphoric acid or triethanolamine as modification agents for the spherical zinc powders. Orthogonal experiments were used to explore the optimal reaction conditions. An immersion test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to evaluate corrosion resistance of the zinc powders. The results show that after modifying the zinc powders with phosphoric acid or triethanolamine, Zn3(PO4)2·4H2O and Zn(OH)2·0.5H2 O grow on spherical particles surface in flake and broke forms, respectively.Chemical bonding reactions take place between phosphoric acid or triethanolamine and zinc powders. Anti-corrosion performance of both phosphoric acid and triethanolamine modified bonding type zinc powders is better than that of spherical zinc powders, and anti-corrosion performance of the phosphoric acid modified bonding type zinc powders is better than that of triethanolamine modified bonding type zinc powders.
