摘 要:为了研究废玻璃粉的活性特征和机理,将无色、绿色和棕色废玻璃瓶研磨制成具有不同比表面积的4种粉料,等质量取代部分水泥制作胶砂试件,测定6个龄期的强度活性指数,并采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射和净浆孔溶液p H分析废玻璃粉火山灰活性机理。结果表明:废玻璃粉的强度活性指数随着比表面积的增大而增大,两者之间具有良好的线性关系;废玻璃粉的强度活性指数随着龄期的增加而增大,并且与颜色相关;比表面积相近时,废玻璃粉的强度活性指数在28 d前小于粉煤灰的,28 d及以后接近甚至大于粉煤灰的。To study the activity characteristic and mechanism of waste glass powders, colorless, green and brown waste glass bottles were ground to prepare four kinds of powders with different specific surface areas. These powders were used as replacements for Portland cement to produce mortar specimens. Strength activity indexes of these specimens at six different ages were measured. The mechanism of pozzolanic activity of waste glass powders was analyzed by SEM, XRD and p H value of pore solution of hardened cement paste. The results show that the strength activity indexes of waste glass powders increase with the increase of specific surface areas. There is a good linear relationship between them.The strength activity indexes of waste glass powders increase with the increase of ages, and are associated with color. The strength activity indexes of waste glass powders are less than those of fly ash with similar specific surface areas when the age is less than 28 d, and are close to or even greater than those of fly ash when the age is 28 d or more than 28 d.
