摘　　要：简要分析了铝电解槽内衬材料选择与其综合运行成本的关系,对电解槽进行了干式解剖,其分析结果表明内衬材料选用及其生产过程中存在的质量问题对电解槽寿命及稳定运行造成了不良影响,最后提出了内衬材料选用原则及材料质量控制方法。This paper briefly analyses the relationship between lining material choice and total long - term cost of potline. Pot autopsy is conducted and the results show that the quality issues in the choice of materials and their manufacturing process will give rise to shorter pot life and unstable pot operation. Finally the principle of material choice and material qualification methods are suggested.
