摘 要:通过紧耦合气雾化法制备了低Mg浓度的Al-5%Mg合金粉,使用XRD、SEM、和TG-DTA等表征手段研究了合金粉的氧化性能。结果表明,制备的合金粉球形度很高,表面较为光滑。Al-5%Mg合金表现出比纯Al更高的活性,在770℃发生了第一次氧化反应,低于纯Al的氧化反应温度,在1130℃发生了比纯Al更为剧烈和更加完全的氧化反应。并且,在1300℃时Al-5%Mg合金粉的氧化增重达84.5%,远高于纯Al的12.4%,反应结束后Al-5%Mg合金粉的放热量约为纯Al的5倍。Al -5% Mg alloy powders were prepared by close - coupled gas atomization, the oxidation behavior of the powders was studied through the XRD, SEM and TG - DTA. The results showed that the prepared powders were highly spherical in shape and had relatively smooth surface. Al - 5% Mg alloy exhibited higher reactivity than pure Al, the first oxidation of the alloy occurred at 770℃, which was lower than that of Al, and the second oxidation was much stronger and more complete than that of Al. Furthermore, the weight gain of Al - 5 % Mg alloy at 1300℃ was 84.5 %, much higher than 12. 4% of Al, the heat release for the alloy powder was about five times as large as Al.
