摘 要:介绍了灰熔聚流化床粉煤气化技术在云南文山铝业800 kt/a氧化铝项目中用于制备燃料气的工业运行情况。分析了入炉煤性质,对比了进煤量、温度、压力、氧气量、蒸汽量等指标的运行值与设计值,结果表明,该气化工艺各项指标已达到设计值,并对生产中存在的气化炉中心管磨损、备煤系统环境污染、水洗塔入口管线易堵塞等问题进行了改进。工业运行实践表明,该气化技术完全适合在工业燃料气生产中推广和应用。This paper introduced the operating status of the ash-agglomerating fluidized bed pulverized coal gasification technology in the 800 kt/a alumina project developed by Institute of Coal Chemistry of Chinese Academy of Science. Through the comparison and analysis of the coal data and operating parameters (coal feed quantity, temperature, pressure, oxygen, steam, etc.), it was showed the gasification process reached the original design indexes. And the problems about the corrosion wearing of gasifier central tube, environmental pollutions of coal preparation system and the blockage of inlet pipe of the water scrubber were solved. About three years of industrial and stable operation, it was proved that the gasification technology was advanced, reliable and completely suitable for industrial fuel gas preparation.
