摘 要:为研究组成变化对煤制天然气互换性参数的影响规律,调研了公开的煤制天然气组成,通过组成变化分析,计算了煤制天然气的高位发热量、相对密度、沃泊指数和燃烧势等物性参数变化规律。结果表明,目前公开的煤制天然气在高位发热量、沃泊指数和燃烧势等方面可满足相关标准的要求;但部分煤制天然气的相对密度低于0.55,不满足ISO 13686—2013的要求。煤制天然气中CO2对相对密度、沃泊指数和燃烧势的影响均较大,H2主要影响相对密度,N2主要影响沃泊指数,CH4主要影响高位发热量。微量组分O2和CO改变,对煤制天然气的互换性参数影响不大。The published chemical composition of coal-based substitute nature gas was summarized and the values of higher heating value, relative density, Wobbe index and combustion potential of those SNG were calculated in order to study the effect of chemical compositions of coal-based SNG on the interchangeability properties. The results showed that all the higher heating value met the requirement of GB 17820---2012. Both Wobbe Index and combustion potential met the requirement of GB 13611--2006. However, some relative density of SNG was lower than 0.55, which didn't meet the requirement of ISO 13686---2013. Relative density, Wobbe index and combustion potential were affected greatly by the content of CO2 in SNG. The dominant influences in relative density were H: and N2, the higher heating value of SNG was determined by CH4. Minor components such as 02 and CO had little effect on interchangeability properties of SNG.
