摘 要:介绍了利用热烟气的2 t/h复合床炼焦煤分级调湿耦合技术的中试研究.研究表明,试验运行45min后,分级调湿特性趋于稳定,在稳定的中试条件下,原煤以1.5mm粒径被分成细煤和粗煤组分,煤脱湿幅度为1%~9%,煤升温幅度为30℃~40℃,分级调湿效果显著.按气流输送床截面积计,单位面积处理量为7.2 t/(m2·h),是传统技术的2倍以上.中试结果验证了该技术的可行性,也为其产业化提供了技术指导和支持.This paper described a pilot test for coal moisture control coupling with classification in an 2 t/h integrated bed. The behavior of coal classification and moisture control became steady after 45 minutes. At the steady pilot conditions of Ufp=6.4 m/s, UfF=2.4 m/s, Tn=433.2℃, F=2 t/h, the raw coal was classified as fine coal and coarse coal at the cut-off particle size of 1.5 mm. And when the coal moisture reduced to 1%-9 %, corresponding temperature raised to 30 ~C-40 ~C, the behavior of coal classification and moisture control was better. The classification and moisture control for 7.2 t/(m2·h) of coal feedstock could be conducted with the technology, which was more than twice that done with traditional technologies. The results could verify the technological feasibly and provide guidance for industrial application of the technology.
