摘  要:介绍了负压脱苯工艺的流程及特点,简述了负压脱苯工艺的技术开发情况。引用转化度对不同负压脱苯工艺进行了综合评价,结果表明,从双塔双炉法、单塔双炉法、单炉双塔法到单塔单炉法,转化度依次增大。与传统蒸汽汽提法相比,单塔单炉法将脱苯与再生有效集成在单体设备中,利用脱苯循环贫油余热为再生热源,降低了能耗与设备投资,转化度提高了29.38%。In order to solve problems of high operating cost troubled the domestic coking enterprises, this paper presented a new negative pressure debenzolization technology to replace the conventional steam debenzalization and introduced its process, features and technical development. In order to more quantitatively and briefly describe the effect of continuous improvement processes, the paper adopted the conversion degree of the debenzolization system to evaluate the varied debenzolization processes. It had been found that the conversion degrees were gradually increasing from double-towers- double-furnaces process, single-tower-double-furnaces process, single-furnace-double-towers process and single-tower- single-furnace process. Compared with the conventional steam debenzolization, the single-tower-single-furnace process integrated debenzolization with regeneration in a single equipment, used the excess heat of debenzolized circulation lean oil as the regeneration heat resource and reduced the investment of energy consumption and equipment, so the conversion degree raised 29.38%.
