摘  要:以煤焦油沥青或肥煤为黏结剂,在实验室条件下,与气煤以及不同粒度的焦粉、无烟煤和瘦煤等惰性物相互配合炼制坩埚焦,对所得焦炭进行光学组织、显微强度(MSI)、结构强度(SSI)测试,研究沥青和肥煤对焦炭微观性质的影响。结果表明,随着惰性物粉碎细度的增加,所得焦炭的MSI、SSI、光学各向异性指数(OTI)均呈现出增大的趋势;且配加中温煤焦油沥青所得焦炭的MSI、SSI、OTI均比配加肥煤的焦炭好。说明实验条件下的中温煤沥青比肥煤更有利于改善焦炭的微观性质。In this paper, using coal tar pitch (CTP) and fat coal as binder, adding gas coal and inert materials with different sizes such as coke powder, anthracite and lean coal to conduct the crucible coking experiment under laboratory conditions, the optical texture, micro-strength index and structure-strength index of obtained coke were tested and analyzed, and the effect of CTP and fat coal on the microscopic properties of coke was studied. The results indicated that MSI, SSI and OTI of coke showed an increasing trend with fine crush of inert materials. Compared with fat coal, CTP could significantly improve the MS1, SSI and OTI of coke, and it was showed that CTP was more conducive to the improvement of the microscopic properties of coke than fat coal in this experimental condition.
