利用全棉秆亚硫酸钾法制浆黑液生产有机肥料的研究

摘　　要：为实现废弃棉秸秆资源的充分利用。解决有机肥市场发展空间大但原料紧缺的问题，提出对棉秆纤维原料进行综合利用的思路——利用全棉秆亚硫酸钾法制浆黑液生产有机复合肥。该文阐述和介绍了其工艺理论、工艺流程、工艺技术条件和有机复合肥的主要质量指标，使用表明：该有机复合肥固氮、解磷、释钾，长效缓释，保水保肥，增强植物根系吸收能力，深受用户青睐。For the realization of the full use of waste cotton straw resources, to solve the problem that organic fertilizer market has a large space, but the raw materials is shortage, to propose ideas that presenting comprehensive utilization of cotton stalk fiber material using whole cotton stalk potassium sulfite pulping black liquor to produce organic fertilizer. This paper describes the process theory.process,technology condition and the main quality indicators of organic fertilizer, After using show： the organic fertilizer can fix nitrogen, liberate phosphorus, release potassium, long-term and sustained, retain water and nutrients, enhanced absorption capacity of plant roots, deeply favored by the users.
