摘  要:采用AB-DTPA浸提剂联合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定了上海地区48个典型土壤样品中8种元素的有效态含量,并与经典的土壤测定方法进行比较。结果显示:AB-DTPA法能提取出土壤中大部分有效磷和速效钾,提取率分别为93.0%和98.4%,与经典测定方法达到了极显著相关,相关系数分别为0.917和0.981;无论是土壤营养元素还是污染重金属,AB-DTPA法测定的有效态含量均高于CaCl_2-DTPA法;其中AB-DTPA法测定的Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cd等5种元素的有效态含量与CaCl_2-DTPA法均达到极显著相关;AB-DTPA法提取的有效Pb与CaCl_2-DTPA法测定结果也达到了显著相关,但相关系数只有0.325。总体而言,AB-DTPA法适用于上海典型土壤中多种元素的有效态含量分析,但除P、K外,其他元素的评价指标应相应提高。The available content of 8 elements in 48 typical soil samples in Shanghai area were determined by AB-DTPA-ICP-OES,and the analysis results were compared with the classical soil testing method.The results showed that the AB-DTPA method could extract most amounts of the available phosphorus and potassium in soils with the rate of 93.0% and 98.4% respectively.The extraction rates of AB-DTPA were very significantly correlated with the classical method and the correlation coefficient were 0.917 and 0.981 respectively.The available contents of soil nutrient elements and heavy metals determined by AB-DTPA were higher than that of CaCl_2-DTPA.The available contents of Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and Cd determined by AB-DTPA were very significant correlated with that by CaCl_2-DTPA.The available content of Pb determined by AB-DTPA was also significant correlated with that by CaCl_2-DTPA,but the correlation coefficient was only 0.325.In general,the AB-DTPA method was applied to the analysis of the effective content of various elements in the typical soil of Shanghai,but the evaluating indexes for the soil elements should be improved accordingly except phosphorus and potassium.
