摘　　要：全国各个高等学校在信息化建设过程中积累到了大量异构的数据,造成了学生数据在高等学校无法被统一的访问。如果教育部能在全局的角度将这些异构的数据整合起来,并发布成统一的接口供第三方调用,使数据变得易于访问,将能发挥这些静置在高校的数据的更大的作用。然而,由于各个高等学校已有的信息系统相互间的异构性,各自有自己的技术实施和数据模式,造成教育部向高等学校数据采集困难,无法有效整合海量资源和向外提供服务。论文采用Web Service的异构数据集成方案,利用Web Service的语言无关性和公共数据字典的实现了高校数据到教育开放平台的集成。Various universities of nationwide accumulat amount of heterogeneous data in that process of informationalization,resulting in that student data cannot be access with unified way.The third-part will be access education data easily,if the ministry of education can integrate these heterogeneous data in the global perspective,and publish a unified interface for third-party developers.However,due to the heterogeneous of existing information systems in universities,which each own its data and use different technology to implementation.It＇s difficult to access education data of universities.The ministry of education cannot integrate massive resources of education data effectively and provide service for third-part application.In this paper,Web Service is used as method to integrate heterogeneous data,fully use the character of Web service,which is independent to programming language and data model,achieving intergration of heterogeneous data in various universities.
