摘　　要：目的:构建广西县级医院突发公共卫生事件应对能力评价的指标体系。方法:在文献梳理和专家小组讨论的基础上,进行两轮德尔菲专家咨询法来构建指标体系。结果:两轮专家咨询的积极系数很高,分别为95%和93%;权威系数分别为0.76和0.75;协调系数分别为0.1923和0.2875。确定了广西县级医院的共7个一级指标和30个二级指标的重要性和权重。结论:所构建的广西县级医院应对突发公共卫生事件的能力评价指标体系结构合理、可信度高。Objectives：To construct the evaluation index system for public health emergency response capacity of county-level hospital in Guangxi. Methods： A two-round Delphi expert consultation was conducted based on literature review and expert panel discussion. Results：The response rates of the two rounds consultation were 95% and 93%. The coefficient of experts＇ authorities was 0.76 and 0.75 respectively. The Kendall＇s coefficient was 0.1923 and 0.2875 respectively. This study constructed the evaluation index system for public health emergency response capacity of county-level hospital in Guangxi, which contain 7 first-tier indicators and 30 second-tier indicators. Conclusions：The evaluation index system was rational and reliable.
