摘　　要：医疗质量是国内外医院共同关注的永恒主题,是医院生存与发展的根本。本文基于贵州省人民医院医疗质量管理的实践,从加强质量意识教育、健全制度机制、突出管理重点等方面探讨了大型综合性医院的质量管理路径。Medical quality is the eternal subject of common concern of hospital around the world. It is fundamental to the survival and development of hospital. Based on the practice of medical quality management of Guizhou provincial people＇s hospital, this paper discusses the quality management path for large comprehensive hospital from aspects of quality consciousness, system mechanism, management measures.
