“品管圈”活动在降低用药核对错误中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动对降低用药核对错误发生率的效果。方法:应用品管圈流程对活动前用药核对错误现状进行要因分析,制定并落实改进措施,比较改善前后用药核对错误发生率。结果:住院患者用药核对错误发生率由活动前2.38‰降低至活动后的0.47‰,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈活动能有效降低用药核对错误发生率,完善制度和流程的标准化,既促进护理安全领域的管理,又是一种护理管理文化。Objectives： To discuss the effect of Quality Control Circle（QCC） in reducing the mistakes of medication checking. Methods： The QCC procedure was applied to analyze the factors of medication checking situation, then the improvement plan was made-up, and the counter measurement was implemented. The mistake rate of medication checking was compared and improved before and after the QCC application. Results： the mistake rate of medication checking was reduced from 2.38‰ to 0.47‰ after the QCC was applied in hospital, and the differences were statistically significant（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion： The implementation of QCC activities can reduce the mistake rate of medication checking, improve the system and standardize the procedure, promote the safety management of nursing, and it is the culture of nursing management as well.
