县级公立医院青年科研人才培养实践及其成效

摘　　要：医院要发展,科技是关键,人才是核心。上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院在创建三级医院过程中,积极探索青年科研人才培养规律与途径,本文通过对医院2009年-2014年青年科研工作情况的回顾分析,介绍了医院青年科研人才培养实践以及所取得的初步成效。Science and technology is the key factor for hospital development. Xinhua hospital Chong Ming Branch is exploring the way on young researcher training. By retrospective study on young researcher status between 2009 to 2014, the effectiveness of young researcher training is introduced.
