从某都市报涉医新闻看大众传播语境下的医患关系

摘　　要：面对日趋紧张的医患关系,大众媒体充当了怎样的角色?又应当如何发挥应有的作用?围绕上述问题,以某都市报中的涉医新闻报道为样本,运用内容分析法,进行了深入研究。分析认为,媒体在进行涉医新闻报道时存在的一些问题或固有模式会对医患关系产生影响。媒体作为社会的瞭望者,承担了客观反映"医患关系"现状的功能,同时也应发挥适当的"调和"作用,推动医患关系协调发展。Facing the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients, what roles do the mass media play？ And how should they play their role？ Around these issues, this paper has taken a metropolis daily＇s medicine related news reports as samples to conduct the thorough research, using the content analysis method. The analysis suggests that some problems in medicine related news reports or inherent mode will have an impact on the relationship between doctors and patients. As the society＇s lookout, media has assumed the function of objectively reflecting the doctor-patient relationship status. At the same time, media also should amuse a harmonic function to promote the coordinated development of the doctor-patient relationship.
