摘 要:为了提高含蜡原油管道停输再启动压力计算的准确度,在传统启动压力计算模型的基础上,建立了一种新的含蜡原油管道停输再启动压力计算方法。以刘天佑启动模型为基础,将再启动压力模型分为高程引起压降、惯性压降和摩阻压降3个部分,考虑管道沿线高程差引起的压降,并对管道进行区域离散化来求解摩阻压降。摩阻压降中由于触变性因素造成的压降,采用更适合于表达含蜡原油触变性的Houska触变模型。利用新建计算模型编制了相应的计算程序,代入秦京输油管道历年数据进行模拟计算,计算结果与实际情况相吻合,表明改进模型更具准确性和广泛适用性。In order to obtain more accurate shutdown and restart pressure of waxy crude oil pipeline, a new calculation method is established on the basis of traditional start-up pressure calculation model. Referring to the Liu Tianyou start-up model, the restart pressure model is divided into three parts: pressure drop induced by elevation, pressure drop owing to inertia, and pressure drop owning to friction resistance. Considering the pressure drop caused by elevation difference along the pipeline, pressure drop owning to friction resistance is solved by regional discretization of pipeline. For part of pressure drop owning to friction resistance caused by thixotropic factor, the Houska thixotropy model which can better expresses the thixotropy of waxy crude oil is preferred. Using the new method, a corresponding calculation program is prepared and used for simulation with previous data of the Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline. The results obtained are in conformity with the practical ones, which indicate that the improved model is more accurate and applicable. (2 Figures, 6 Tables, 8 References)
