摘 要:研究KF/MgO固体碱催化剂在酯交换反应过程中的催化性能,考查催化剂的KF负载量和煅烧温度对酯交换反应的影响,对催化剂进行BET、XRD和SEM表征。结果表明:KF的负载量为65%、煅烧温度为500℃、煅烧时间为4 h的条件下,催化及表面活性物质为K_2MgF_4、KMgF_3、KF/MgO的活性及稳定性较高。采用该催化剂,当反应温度为60℃、醇油物质的量比为15∶1、催化剂用量5%、反应5 h时,生物柴油收率为91.33%;催化剂一次再生后活性仍较高。The catalytic performance of solid base catalyst, Magnesium oxide loaded with KF in transesterltlcatlon reaction process was studied. The effect of KF loading amount and calcination temperature on transesterification reaction was investigated. The base catalyst was characterized by Brunner-Emmett-Teller method, X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that under KF loading amount of 65%, calcinations temperature of 500℃ for 4 hours, catalytic and surface active substance is K2MgF4 and KMgF3, KF/MgO has higher activity and stability. Biodiesel yield can reach 91.33% under the optimum conditions, reaction temperature of 60℃, methanol to oil molar ratio of 15:1, 5% catalyst amount, reaction time of 5 hours. The catalyst is still active after regeneration.
