《金匮》“温运阳气”法在痹症中的运用

摘　　要：痹症是由于正虚感邪、阳失温运所引起的肢体关节疼痛、屈伸受限的病证,其本质属阴。张仲景《金匮要略》诸多的治痹方剂中非常重视阳气的温运作用,包括通阳、温阳与扶阳,使表里内外痹阻之阳气得以温运、通畅,使机体微弱之阳气得以补充、振奋。纵观《金匮》治疗痹症原文,"温运阳气"的治法至今仍有效地指导着临床。Bi syndrome is caused by the lack of Yang Qi. Its essence is Yin. Its primary syndromes are the limit of limbs＇ action and arthralgia. Zhang Zhong-jing attached importance to warm and operate Yang Qi in many prescriptions of Jin Gui Yao Lue. Warming Yang Qi includes opening yang Qi,warming yang and enhancing yang. It is aimed at making blocked Yang Qi warm and smooth and inspiring the deficient yang of the body. Throughout the original law of treatment of Bi syndrome in ＂Jin Gui Yao Lue＂,warm operation of yang Qi is still effectively guiding clinical practice.
