捏脊结合穴位按摩治疗儿童咳嗽变异型哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨捏脊结合穴位按摩治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘及对复发的影响。方法：将40例咳嗽变异型哮喘患者按随机数字表法分为中西医结合组和西药组,西药组给予孟鲁司特钠颗粒,每日1次,每次4 mg;中西医结合组采用除给予孟鲁司特钠颗粒外,每日捏脊治疗1次,捏脊后按摩肺俞穴、脾俞穴、肾俞穴、督脉诸穴1~2 min,治疗2周后统计疗效并观察治疗后6个月内的复发情况。结果：中西医结合组、西药组总有效率分别为85%、70%,组间临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义;中西医结合组、西药组复发率分别为10%、25%,组间复发率比较差异有统计学意义。结论：捏脊结合穴位按摩与孟鲁司特钠治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘较单纯口服孟鲁司特钠颗粒有效且可以降低复发率。Objective： To study the effect of the chiropractic combined with point massage treatment of cough variant asthma and the influence of recurrence. Methods： 40 patients with cough variant asthma,were randomly divided into traditional Chinese and western medicine group（ CWM-group） and western medicine group（ WM-group）. WM-group was given Montelukast Sodium Oral Granules,once a day,4mg each time,CWM-group used Chiropractic combined with acupoint massage,besides Montelukast Sodium Oral Granules,chiropractic therapy 1 times a day,massage the acupuncture point,lung,spleen,kidney shu and du maridian acupoints,very acupoints massage 1 to 2 minutes,2 weeks later curative effect was analyzed. At the same time recurrence within 6 months after treatment was observed. Results： the total effective rate of CWM- group and WM-group respectively were 85% and 70%,clinical curative effect comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant; the recurrence rate of CWM- group and WM- group was 10% and 25%,the difference between groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： Chiropractic combined with point massage treatment of cough variant asthma is more effectitve than pure oral Montelukast Sodium Oral Granules,and can reduce the recurrence rate.
