肾精不足模型造模方法文献分析

摘　　要：目的:全面归纳近10年肾精不足模型的各种造模方法及其理论依据、相关疾病和评价指标,为肾精不足证及其相关疾病的研究提供文献统计学依据。方法:电子检索中国知网数据库和万方数据库2004年1月至2013年10月收录的肾精不足模型相关期刊论文、学位论文、会议论文,归纳其造模方法和相关评价指标。结果:共纳入肾精不足模型相关文献38篇,其造模方法主要分为药物干预、手术切除、物理方法和模拟中医病因4大类;主要与生长发育迟缓、不孕不育症、骨质疏松症、更年期综合征、早衰等疾病相关;模型评价指标主要反映生长发育迟缓、生殖功能低下、衰老或相关疾病病理特征等。结论:各种造模方法都有其优缺点,目前尚缺乏能全面反映神经内分泌免疫功能紊乱的肾精不足模型。Objective： To summarize the methods,theories and types of making kidney essence insufficient model,the related diseases and evaluating factors and thus provide basis of literature statistics for researches on diseases related to the syndrome. Methods： Journals,conference papers and theses about kidney essence insufficient model published between2004. 1 and 2013. 10 were searched from CNKI and WANFANG databases to analyze the model preparation methods and detective measures. Results： In total 38 papers were selected. The method consists of drug intervention,surgical resection,physical method and simulating the etiological factor of the traditional Chinese medicine. The diseases related to the model mainly include growth retardation,infertility and male infertility,osteoporosis,climacteric syndrome,premature aging,etc. Growth retardation,reproductive hypofunction,aging or changes in pathophysiology of the diseases are reflected in the evaluating factors. Conclusion： Given all the methods presented have both advantages and disadvantages,none of them can reflect neuro-endocrine-immunity dysfunction of kidney essence insufficiency in all aspects.
