摘 要:通过对盐胁迫下种子发芽势、相对发芽率指标的测定,分析了白花草木樨、香豌豆、白蜡、杜梨、沙枣、紫穗槐、小果白刺、柽柳种子的耐盐能力。结果表明:50 mmol/L Na Cl溶液对小果白刺、白花草木樨、香豌豆、白蜡、杜梨种子的萌发具有促进作用,对沙枣、紫穗槐和柽柳有轻度抑制作用。当Na Cl浓度超过100 mmol/L时,8种植物种子的萌发均受到不同程度的抑制,发芽势和相对发芽率均呈显著下降趋势。当Na Cl浓度达到300 mmol/L时,白花草木樨、香豌豆、白蜡、杜梨、沙枣的发芽势和相对发芽率均为0,紫穗槐的发芽率和发芽势为2%,说明胁迫强度超过了上述6种植物种子的忍受极限,而小果白刺、柽柳种子仍具有一定的活力,柽柳种子的发芽率高于小果白刺,表明柽柳种子在高浓度的盐胁迫下耐性最强。综合分析表明,在各种盐浓度下,白花草木樨、香豌豆、白蜡的耐盐性最弱;杜梨、沙枣、紫穗槐、小果白刺的耐盐性中等;柽柳的耐盐性最强。In order to study the salt tolerance in germination period,seeds of Melilotus albus Medic. ex Desr,Lathyrus odoratus ,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb ,Pyrus betulifolia Bunge,Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn. ,A morpha fruticosa Linn. ,Nitraria sibirica Pall. and Tomarix chinensis Lour. were treated with different concentrations of NaC1 solutions, the germination related indexes such as germination potential and relative germination rate were calculated. The results showed that 50 mmol/L NaC1 could promote the germination of Nitraria sibirica Pall,Melilotus albus Medic. ex Desr,Lathyrus odoratus ,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb ,Pyrus betulifolia Bunge ,while the same salt concentration could produce slight inhibition of Elaeagnus angustifolia Linn. ,A morphafruticosa Linn., Tamarix chinensis Lour.. When the concentration of NaC1 exceeding 100 mmol/L, eight kinds of plant seeds germination were received inhibition of different degree.The germination and relative germination rate were significantly decline.When the concentration of NaCl exceeding 300 mmol/L,the stress intensity exceeded the endurance limit of Melilotus albus Medic. ex Desr,Lathyrus odoratus ,Fraxinus chinensis Roxb,Pyrus betulifolia Bunge,E/aeagnus angustifolia Linn.,with the germination potential and relative germination rate indexes zero,and the germination potential and relative germination rate indexes with 2% of Amorphafruticosa Linn. However,the seed of Nitraria sibirica and Tamarix chinensis still had a certain vitality with 300 mmol/L NaCl and the seed germination rate of Tamarix chinensis was higher. The results indicated that the seed of Tamarix chinensis had the most resistant to salinity at high salt stress.The comprehensive analysis of salt tolerance showed that in various salt concentrations,Melilotus albus Medic. ex Desr,Lathyrus odoratus and Fraxinus chinensis Roxb were the weakest and Pyrus betulifolia Bunge, Elaeagnus angustifolia linn. ,Am orpha fruticosa linn.,Nitraria sibirica Pall were the medium,however, Tamarix chinensis was the strongest salt
