摘　　要：为了解决生产中钢铁常温发黑处理后,普遍存在的附着力差、发黑膜层不均匀、颜色不正、工件生锈等缺陷。系统的介绍了钢铁常温发黑工艺及其生产要点,讨论了常温发黑工艺的成膜机理,并在此基础上针对上述缺陷,提出了应对策略及改进措施。in order to solve the blackening process in production, the prevalence of poor adhesion, blackened film defects such as uneven, color un-straight, the work-piece rusty, blackening process and the key points of production are introduced systematicly, and discussed the film-forming mechanism of normal temperature nigrescence process, based on which the proposed countermeasure for the above defects and improvement measures are came up with.
