摘  要:阐述了近年来国内外炭/炭复合材料的内部抗氧化技术和外部涂覆技术的新进展,即炭基体处理、炭纤维处理、贵金属、玻璃涂层、陶瓷涂层以及复合涂层等涂层体系,包括各类涂层已有制备工艺的完善以及新工艺的开发等方面的最新研究成果。目前的研究结果尚达不到严酷环境下的应用要求,炭/炭复合材料需要开发高温抗氧化新涂层和新涂层制备技术,下一阶段将向着寿命长、耐高温、抗冲刷和低成本的方向发展。It is reviewed that the recent development of the external oxidation technology and internal coating technology for C / C composites,such as the carbon substrate processing,carbon fiber processing,glass,noble metal,ceramics and multi-layer coating systems. It was also introduced that the new advances in the traditional preparation technology of C / C composite coating and the exploitation of new technique for the preparation of oxidation protective coating in recent years.It showed that there was obvious gap between the present research result and application in severe environment. It is needed to develop high temperature oxidation resistance coating and coating preparation technology for composite materials. The low preparation cost and long service life of the oxidation protective coating at high temperature and in high rate gas eroding environment will be the main emphasis for future development.
