摘  要:目前盐湖卤水中硫酸根离子的测定方法以硫酸钡重量法为主,而硫酸钡晶体的成核与晶粒生长过程会受到溶液酸度、陈化时间、陈化温度、氯化钡溶液浓度及加入速度等因素的影响。以天然盐湖卤水为试样,首先通过单因素实验探究了溶液酸度对沉淀法测硫酸根的干扰,然后通过正交试验考察了溶液酸度、陈化时间和陈化温度对该方法的综合影响规律。得出三者中溶液酸度是最主要的影响因素,时间影响次之,而陈化温度影响较小的结论。最后,通过与分光光度法的实验结果比较,得出两种方法精密度存在显著性差异,但测量结果具有良好的吻合性,为方法的选择和重量法改进提供数据参考。At present,barium sulfate gravimetric analysis is the main method to determine the concentration of sulfate radical in brine of salt lakes. Meanwhile,the nuclearation and growth of barium sulfate depend on acidity of solution,subsiding time and temperature,concentration of barium chloride and its addition rate and so on. By use of natural brine in salt lake as the test sample,firstly,the influence of acidity is tested through single factor experiment. Secondly,three factors of acidity,time and temperature are investigated comprehensively through the orthogonal test,which proves that the acidity is the major influence on the result and the effect of time is slightly higher than temperature. Thirdly,the comparison of two methods,spectrophotometric and gravimetric method,shows that their experimental results have great coincidence but the precision has distinct difference. This paper is supposed to provide data basis for method selection and gravimetric modification.
