栀子中京尼平苷对肝脏的保护与过量毒性

摘　　要：栀子作为药食两用的中药材,在临床和保健中广泛应用,目前尚未有关其不良反应的临床报告。然而,已经有大量动物实验表明栀子主要活性成分京尼平苷不仅具有肝脏保护作用,在过量使用时还具有明显的肝脏毒性。本文对京尼平苷肝脏保护及其所致肝毒性进行综述,并提出深入研究的主要方向,为栀子的临床应用及含栀子新药的研发提供参考。Gardenia，as a medical and edible herb，is widely used in clinic and health care.Although Gardenia- induced liver injury was not reported in clinic，its active component，geniposide，had been reported that over dose of geniposide can cause liver damage in animal models besides of its liver protective effect.In the presented review，the liver protection of geniposide and its hepatotoxicity are reviewed，and further investigations of Gardenia are also prospected
