乌鲁木齐市出租车司机梅毒感染状况检测分析

摘　　要：目的：了解乌鲁木齐市出租车司机梅毒感染状况,探讨防控对策与措施。方法：对乌鲁木齐市出租汽车公司的1630名司机进行了体检,对体检中梅毒检测阳性者进行相关调查。结果：3年检出梅毒感染率为3.68%,各年间感染率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。男性感染率为3.49%（54/1545）,女性感染率为7.06%（6/85）,但男女感染率差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.96,P〉0.05）。年龄最大54岁,最小20岁,20~40岁年龄组及40岁以上年龄组感染率之间差异无统计学意义（χ2=2.01,P〉0.05）。少数民族感染率为4.80%（54/1126）,显著高于汉族（χ2=12.84,P〈0.01）;初中以下文化程度司机感染率显著高于初中以上司机感染率（χ2=33.56,P〈0.01）;一年四季均检出梅毒感染病例,无明显的季节性变化。结论：初中以下文化程度的少数民族司机梅毒阳性率很高,是梅毒防控的重点人群。Objectives： To understand the status of syphilis infection among taxi drivers in Urumqi,so as to discuss the prevention and control countermeasure. Methods： The health examination on 1630 drivers for syphilis infection was done. And investigation was done on these with positive results of syphilis infection detection.Results： The syphilis infection rate was 3. 68% during 2011- 2013. There was no statistically significant difference among each year＇s infection rate（ P〈0. 05）. Infection rate of men was 3. 49% and infection rate of women was7. 06%,without statistically significant difference（ χ2= 2. 96,P〈0. 05）. The oldest diver was 54 and the youngest was 20. The difference in infection rate between 20- 40 years old group and over 40 years old group was not statistically significant（ χ2= 2. 01,P〈0. 05）. The infection rate of ethnic minorities was 4. 08%,which was significant higher than that of the Han nationality（ χ2= 12. 84,P〈0. 01）. The infection rate of drivers with education level below junior middle school was higher than that of drivers with education level above junior high school（ χ2=33. 56,P〈0. 01）. Syphilis infection cases were detected in all the seasons of the years with no significant seasonal variation. Conclusion： The positive rate of syphilis infection of minority driver with education level below junior middle school is high,who are the focus group in the prevention and control of syphilis.
