参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏疗效及安全性的系统评价

摘　　要：目的 系统评价参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏的有效性及安全性.方法 计算机检索2005年至2015年Cochrane图书馆临床对照试验数据库、Pubmed、万方、中国学术期刊全文数据库、维普数据库（VIP）等,收集参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏的临床随机对照试验（RCT）,由2名评价者按纳入、排除标准独立选择,提取资料,并交叉核对、评估质量方法学,使用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入5项研究的434例患者.Meta分析结果显示,联合应用参松养心胶囊与通心络胶囊治疗冠心病合并室性早搏的疗效优于对照组（OR=2.91,95％CI 1.73～4.91,P＜0.05）,心电图有效率治疗组优于对照组（OR =7.78,95％CI 4.22～14.35,P＜0.05）;治疗组的不良反应率明显低于对照组（OR=0.21,95％CI 0.09～0.51,P＜0.05）,差异有统计学意义.结论 参松养心胶囊合用通心络胶囊在治疗冠心病合并室性早搏方面具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应发生率较低.Objective To review the efficacy and safety of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule plus Tong Xin Luo Capsule in the treatment of ventfieular premature beat. Methods The data of randomized controlled trials （RCT） of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule and Tong Xin Luo Capsule for ventrieular premature beat were retrieved with computer from Cochrane Library, Pubmed, Ernbase, Wanfang, CNKI, CBMdise and VIP from 2005 to 2015, chosen and extracted by 2 reviewers independently according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and crosschecked and assessed in the quality and methodology. All data were given Meta analysis by using RevMan 5.0 software. Results There were totally 5 trials and 434 patients included. In the aspect of effect of treating ventricular premature beat： it was better that in the treatment group than that in the control group（OR=2.91, 95% CI 1.73-4.91, P〈0.05）, and has a better effect of ECG than the control group （OR=7.78, 95%CI 4.22-14.35, P〈0.05）. In the aspect of safety, the adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group （OR=0.21, 95%CI 0.09-0.51, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule and Tong Xin Luo Capsule has good clinical curative for ventricular premature beat, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low. The study was limited by the quality and quantity of inclusion literature, so more RCT with higher quality are demanded to review further the curative effect and safety of Shen Song Yang Xin Capsule and Tong Xin Luo Capsule.
