摘　　要：目的总结艾滋病（AIDS）合并卡波西肉瘤病人的临床特征及治疗转归。方法选取北京佑安医院2004年1月至2015年1月收治的7例艾滋病合并卡波西肉瘤病人的病例资料,对其临床特征、治疗以及疾病转归进行回顾性调查分析。结果 7例艾滋病合并卡波西肉瘤病人均为男男性行为者（MSM）,年龄中位数为34岁（22~51岁）,6例汉族,1例回族。皮肤黏膜均受累,口腔黏膜受累5例,局部淋巴结肿大4例,肺部受累3例,肝脏受累1例,球结膜受累1例。病人CD＋4T淋巴细胞计数均〈200个/mm3,其中6例（85.7%）CD＋4T淋巴细胞〈100个/mm3。5例病人治疗后病情均好转,其中4例病人应用抗反转录病毒治疗（ART）联合全身化疗,1例病人单用ART,2例病人放弃治疗后死亡。结论 MSM中艾滋病晚期合并卡波西肉瘤的病人,如不进行治疗预后极差,部分病人单独应用ART病灶即可消退,病变广泛者联合全身化疗疗效较好。Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics,treatment options and prognosis of AIDS related Kaposi’s sarcoma（KS）.Methods Clinical features,therapeutic responses and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed in 7cases of AIDS-related KS in You’an Hospital from Jan 2004 to Jan 2015.Results All the subjects were Men who have sex with men（MSM）with a median age of 34（range 22-51）,6of which were Han nationality and 1was Hui nationality.The common clinical symptoms included skin lesions（7/7）,oral mucosal nodules（5/7）,regional lymphadenopathy（4/7）,pulmonary infiltrate（3/7）,liver nodules（1/7）and conjunctiva nodules（1/7）.The CD＋4T lymphocytes counts of all the patients were less than 200cells/mm3,and 6of them（85.7%）were below 100cells/mm3.Five treated cases showed good response,of which 4cases were treated with ART and systemic chemotherapy and 1case with ART only.And the other 2cases without therapy deceased.Conclusion MSM with late stage AIDS and AIDS-related KS can be fatal without treatment.Some of the lesions can shrink with ART only.ART together with systemic chemotherapy are reasonable treatments for disseminated disease with good response.
