摘　　要：目的评价鞍山市开展男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病综合干预的效果,为下一步制定防治策略提供依据。方法每年通过滚雪球的方式招募不少于400名MSM,进行行为学调查和血清学艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体检测。采用描述统计和趋势χ2检验分析方法比较各年度数据,对综合效果进行评价。结果 2006-2013年,通过综合干预,鞍山市MSM艾滋病防治知识知晓率从89.05%上升到93.52%;近6个月安全套坚持使用率从46.86%上升到63.14%,近1次安全套使用率从43.21%上升到88.52%,接受干预服务比例从82.86%上升到94.26%,近1年接受HIV抗体检测的比例从20.71%上升到68.83%。2006-2013年,各年HIV感染率分别为0.24%、1.48%、2.94%、4.23%、2.72%、4.25%、5.17%、8.48%,逐年上升趋势显著。结论鞍山市MSM综合干预措施已取得一定成效,但是MSM安全套坚持使用率还处于较低水平,切实采取针对性措施控制HIV通过MSM蔓延刻不容缓。Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated intervention on Human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）/Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）of men who have sex with men（MSM）,and to provide the scientific evidence for preventing and controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS in MSM.Methods Men who have sex with men（MSM）were recruited using a snowballing method,and information was collected during the face-to-face interview.All data were analyzed by the descriptive statistics methods and Chi-square test.Results From 2006to2013,after taking the integrated intervention on MSM,the rate of the awareness of knowledge about HIV/AIDS increased from 89.05%to 93.52%.The rate of consistent condom use in the last six months increased from 46.86%to 63.14%,the rate of condom use in the last anal increased from 43.21%to 88.52%.The accepting rate of prevention service increased from 82.86%to 94.26%,the rate of HIV test increased from 20.71%to 68.83%,the rate of HIV infection from 2006 to 2013were 0.24%,1.48%,2.94%,4.23%,2.72%,4.25%,5.17%,8.48%.The tendency of them all increased significantly.Conclusions After taking the seven-year integrated intervention on MSM,the effects were significant.The level of condom use was low.The HIV prevalence is serious among MSM in Anshan,and further efforts are urgently and control of HIV among them.
