芜湖市暗娼人群安全套使用情况及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解芜湖市暗娼人群安全套使用情况及其影响因素,为下一步行为干预工作提供依据。方法按高危场所档次分层抽取研究对象,通过面对面问卷调查了解其商业性行为过程中安全套使用情况,并研究分析其影响因素。结果调查的400名暗娼中,艾滋病防治知识知晓率为94.0%,最近一次商业性行为安全套使用率为95.8%,最近一个月商业性行为安全套每次使用率为83.5%。经多因素Logistic回归分析,暗娼人群最近一个月商业性行为安全套坚持使用情况与其文化程度、在当地工作时间、最近一年是否做过艾滋病检测并知道检测结果有关。结论芜湖市暗娼人群安全套坚持使用率仍较低,应继续加强对该类人群的健康教育和健康促进,极力营造社会支持环境,促进其商业性行为过程中坚持使用安全套。Objective To understand condom using among female sex workers（FSW）in Wuhu City and its influencing factors,and to provide the basis for the behavior intervention work in the future.Methods Through faceto-face questionnaire,we investigated the condom using in the process of commercial sex activities among FSW,who were sampled from the stratified places according the risk level,and analyzed its related influencing factors.ResultAmong 400 FSW in Wuhu city,the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome（AIDS）knowledge awareness rate was94.0%.The condom using rate was 95.8%in the latest commercial sex activity,and the condom consistently using rate was 83.5%in the latest month commercial sex activities.The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that education level,time of work at the local,Human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）testing being done and knowing the results in the latest year were the factors to influence whether condoms were consistently used among FSW in the latest month commercial sex activities.Conclusion The condom consistently using rate was still low in Wuhu city.It should be continue to strengthen health education and health promotion,create society support environment,and promote condom consistently using in all commercial sex activities among FSW.
