性病门诊干预服务包使用现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解目前性病门诊干预服务包的制作、发放和在医疗机构的使用情况,找出存在问题,以进一步促进该项工作的开展。方法下现场了解各省干预服务包的制作和发放情况;在医疗机构查看干预服务包的包装和内含材料;对临床医生和门诊就诊者进行访谈,了解服务包使用和接受情况。结果在中央转移经费的支持下,各省都按照国家的要求制作了性病门诊的干预服务包,并下发到各相关医疗机构,临床医生和门诊就诊者对服务包的使用也有较好的接受性。结论在性病门诊针对就诊者发放干预服务包,虽然是一项效果好、可接受性强的干预方法,但目前发放的数量远远不能满足现场工作的需要。Objective To understand the making,distribution and usage of intervention service package in STD clinic,and finding out the existing problems to further promote this work.Methods To understand the making and distribution of intervention service package in different provinces,and check containing materials of intervention service pack in medical institutions.Information about the usage and acceptance of service package were acquired from clinicians and outpatients interviewing.Results With the support of central transfer funds,the service package were made and distributed to medical institutions in all provinces,and accepted by clinicians and outpatients.Conclusion Distributing intervention service package to outpatients in STD clinics was effective and acceptable.However,the number of packages was not enough for field work.
