从2010-2014年中山大学附属第一医院SCI论文发表情况探讨学科建设的多项举措

摘　　要：目的 通过对2010-2014年中山大学附属第一医院发表的SCI论文进行统计分析,探讨制度建设、平台建设、合作交流等与发表论文和学科发展的关系,推动高水平科研成果的产生.方法 在Web of Science上检索2010-2014年间以中山大学附属第一医院为第一作者单位发表的SCI论文,利用软件Excel和SPSS对论文数量、影响因子以及与专科承担国家级基金项目的情况进行统计比较分析.结果 五年间发表SCI论文总数为1555篇,论文数量逐年增多,论文影响因子也逐年上涨,科室承担国家级科研基金项目与发表SCI论文数呈正相关性.结论 完善晋升制度和奖励制度,推动生物标本库建设,加强国内外合作交流,提高基金申报积极性,进而促进高水平科研成果的产生,推动学科建设的发展.Objective This study was designed to analyze the SCI papers published by the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2010 to 2014 and to discuss the relationship among the publications, system construction, platform building, and cooperation in the hospital.Through these analyses, we hope to promote high level scientific research in our hospital for the future.Methods By searching the web of Science, we first identified the SCI papers published by the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from 2010 to 2014.The quantity and impact factor of the journals were analyzed using Excel and SPSS software.Results Total 1555 SCI papers were included in our analysis.The quantity and the impact factor of these papers showed a trend of improvement during past 4 years.The quantity of these papers published was positively correlated with departments that undertake the support by National Scientific Research Funding.Conclusions In order to continuously promote the research quality of our hospital, we need to improve the promotion and reward system, to establish biological specimen bank, strengthen domestic and international cooperation and exchanges,improve fund application, to produce high level research, promote the development of disciplines.
