摘 要:分别采用制备的微孔硅铝吸附剂与传统的硅藻土和硅胶作为吸附剂,对退出运行的矿物变压器油进行再生处理试验。结果表明:微孔硅铝吸附剂能使再生变压器油颜色变浅,无油泥析出,其介质损耗因数、酸值、体积电阻率、界面张力等各项指标均达到设备投入运行前变压器油的质量标准,且优于传统的硅藻土和硅胶吸附剂处理结果,实现了退出运行的矿物变压器油的循环再利用。A kind of micro-porous aluminosilicate sorbent was prepared to carry out regeneration treatment for the used mineral transformer oil,the conventional diatomite and silica gel sorbents were also applied as the reference sorbents.The results show that,after being treated by the micro-porous aluminosilicate sor-bent,the regenerated transformer oil became lighter in color,and it had no sludge precipitation.Moreover, its indexes such as the dissipation factor,acid number,volume resistivity and interfacial tension all satisfied the requirements for oil quality of 500 kV devices in GB/T 7595—2008 Quality of transform oils in service, and were all superior to that of the oil treated by the conventional diatomite and silica gel sorbents.The re-cycling of used mineral transformer oil was realized.
