摘  要:为了提高机组运行经济性,将内蒙古乌斯太热电厂1号300MW机组给水系统3台勺管调速电动给水泵中的2台改为一拖二变频调速给水泵,并对给水系统控制逻辑进行了优化,增加了变频控制功能,设置了给水泵故障状态下备用启动允许功能。应用结果表明,给水系统改造后不仅降低了耗电量,而且提高了机组运行经济性和安全性。In order to improve the economic efficiency of unit 1 in Wusitai Thermal Power Plant in Inner Mongolia,technical transformation on the feedwater system was carried out.Two of three scoop tube speed-regulating electricicty-driven feedwater pumps were changed into one-to-two frequency variable speed-regulating feedwater pumps.Moreover,the feedwater control logic was optimized,the frequency con-version control function was added,and a fault situation backup start permit function was set up.The appli-cation results show that,after the transformation,the electricity consumption of the feedwater system de-creased and the unit operation safety was also improved.
