摘 要:为准确分析和预测涡旋压缩机径向迷宫密封的泄漏规律,采用相似理论中的Π定理来研究径向迷宫密封泄漏量的影响因素,建立了径向迷宫密封泄漏量相似准数方程。根据实物建立了涡旋压缩机径向迷宫密封模型,结合模型试验分析了原型中泄漏量的变化规律。结果表明:量纲分析法可以预测原型中泄漏量的变化趋势;在相邻压缩腔压差不变时,泄漏量随间隙比和泄漏线长度比的增大而增大,随齿数比的增大而减小,且泄漏量-齿数比曲线斜率较稳定。To analyze and predict the leakage of scroll compressor' s radial labyrinth packing accurately, the H theorem of similarity theory was adopted to discuss the leakage influence factors of the scroll compressor' s radial labyrinth, and the similarity dimensional equation of this leakage was established, including the scroll compressor' s radial labyrinth packing model. Analyzing the leakage' s variation trend shows that the dimensional analysis method can forecast the leakage' s variation trend ; and when the pressure difference of the two adjoining labyrinth grooves keeps unchanged; the leakage becomes larger with the increase of both clearance ratio and leakage line' s length ratio and it decreases with the increase of gear ratio, meanwhile, the slope of curve of the leakage-gear ratio keeps more stable.
