摘  要:目的通过初步建立新疆昌吉州某电厂输煤工段职业卫生评价指标体系,探索模糊数学综合评价法在职业卫生评价方面的应用,并为全面构建工业企业职业卫生评价体系奠定基础。方法在对新疆昌吉州某电厂输煤工段现场调查和检测的基础上,综合专家意见,运用模糊数学法结合层次分析法综合分析判断该电厂输煤工段职业卫生现况。结果新疆昌吉州某电厂输煤工段职业卫生综合评价结果向量为(0.062,0.379,0.445,0.114,0),评价结果为"一般"。其中3个一级指标"作业环境""安全防护""劳动组织管理"的模糊综合评价结果依次是"良"(58.8%)、"一般"(84.0%)、"一般"(46.6%)。结论模糊数学法能综合量化考虑多种职业卫生影响因素,信息利用全面,可操作性强,结果符合实际情况,可在扩充细化指标体系的基础上建立整体评价模型,进一步推广应用。[Objective] To establish the occupational health evaluation indicator system of coal conveying section in a power plant in Changji of Xinjiang, explore the application of fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation on occupational health evaluation,and lay the foundation for developing the industrial enterprise occupational health evaluation system.[Methods] Based on the field investigation and detection in coal conveying section of a power plant in Changji of Xinjiang, according to the experts' opinions,the fuzzy mathematics combined with analytic hierarchy process was used to analyze and determine the occupational health status of the coal conveying section.[Results] The vectors of occupational health comprehensive evaluation were as follows:( 0.062,0.379, 0.445, 0.114, 0), and the results were identified as general. The fuzzy mathematics evaluation results of three first level indicators, which were working environment, safety protection and organization and management, were good( 58.8%), general( 84.0%) and general( 46.6%) respectively.[Conclusion] The fuzzy mathematics can quantify various influencing factors of occupational health, and fully use the information, while it has the good maneuverability and accurate results. It is feasible to establish the overall evaluation model by extending and refining the index system, to further carry out the popularization and application.
