摘　　要：目的通过分析1964—2014年上海市金山区矽肺病发病情况及流行病学特征,为制定矽肺病防治策略提供科学依据。方法对上海市金山区1964—2014年确诊矽肺病病例的发病情况进行回顾性分析,对其风险进行评估,确定矽肺病高发行业。结果 1964—2014年金山区新增矽肺病病例36例,其中男25例,女11例,平均诊断年龄(48.8±8.2)岁,接尘时间为(14.8±10.6)a,不同期别的患者接尘工龄差异有统计学意义(F=3.70,P=0.04)。其中壹期21例(58.3%),贰期11例(30.6%),叁期4例(11.1%)。患者主要分布在小型化学原料和化学制品制造业。结论金山区应采取措施预防矽肺病发病上升和年轻化倾向,重点监护小型化学原料和化学制品制造业的防治,同时加大对接尘工人上岗前、在岗期间、离岗时职业健康检查和离岗后医学随访,维护劳动者的职业健康。[Objective]To analyze the incidence and epidemiological characteristics of silicosis in Jinshan District of Shanghai from1964-2014, provide scientific basis for developing the prevention and control strategies against silicosis. [Methods]The incidence rates of silicosis in Jinshan District of Shanghai from 1964-2014 were retrospectively analyzed to assess the risk and determine the high risk industry.[Results]There were 26 new cases of silicosis in Jinshan District from 1964-2014, including 25 male cases and11 female cases. The average age at diagnosis was（ 48.8±8.2） years old, while the dust exposure duration was（ 14.8±10.6） years.The difference in dust exposure duration among patients in different stages was statistically significant（ F=3.70, P=0.04）. There were 21（ 58.3%） cases of stage I silicosis, 11（ 30.6%） cases of stage Ⅱ silicosis, and 4（ 11.1%） cases of stage Ⅲ silicosis.Silicosis cases mostly distributed in the small chemical materials industry and chemical products manufacturing. [Conclusion]In Jinshan District, it is necessary to take the measures to reduce the incidence of silicosis and prevent the younger tendency, focus on the prevention and control in the small chemical materials industry and chemical products manufacturing, enforce the preservice, on-service and post-service occupational health examination, as well as the post-service follow-up, to protect the health of workers.
