摘　　要：目的评估北京市3个区县职业病防治工作,促进用人单位加强职业病危害管理,促进职业卫生监督工作顺利开展。方法随机选择密云县、朝阳区、平谷区3个区县70家用人单位,现场审查用人单位负责人及新入职和转岗人员职业卫生培训情况、职业健康检查情况、职业病危害因素检测和告知情况、监督检查覆盖情况等相关资料,以评估用人单位和区县安全生产监督主管部门的职业病危害防治工作。结果 70家用人单位负责人培训合格率为95.71%,新入职和转岗人员培训合格率为70.27%,职业健康检查合格率为66.67%,危害因素检测合格率为60.34%,危害因素告知合格率为71.43%,监督检查覆盖合格率为91.43%。结论北京市三区县的职业病防治工作存在的问题较多,建议增加各区县安全生产监督主管部门执法人员数量,提升专业技术水平,落实用人单位职业病防治主体责任。[Objective] To evaluate the occupational disease prevention and control work in three districts/counties of Beijing,promote the employers to strengthen the occupational hazard control, and improve the implementation of occupational health supervision.[Methods] 70 enterprises were randomly collected from Miyun County, Chaoyang District and Pinggu District. The field investigation contents included occupational health training among managers, new employees and transfer employees,occupational health examination, detection and notification of occupational hazard factors, and the coverage rate of supervision and inspection, to evaluate the occupational hazard prevention and control work performed by enterprises and district/county administrations of work safety.[Results] In 70 enterprises, the qualified rate of training in managers was 95.71%, the qualified rate of training in new employees and transfer employees was 70.27%, the qualified rate of occupational health examination was66.67%, the qualified rate of occupational hazard factors detection was 60.34%, the qualified rate of occupational hazard factors notification was 71.43%, and the qualified rate of coverage of supervision and inspection was 91.43%.[Conclusion] There are many problems in occupational disease prevention and control work in three districts/counties of Beijing. It is necessary to increase the quantity of enforcement officers in district/county administrations of work safety, improve the professional and technical level, and implement the main responsibility of enterprises in occupational disease prevention and control work.
